Opening Times
The hotel doors and public areas of the hotel are open from 07:00 to 23:00.
If door access is required between 23:00 and 07:00, please request a front door key from reception.
Check-in
Check-in time is at 15:00 on the day of arrival.
If you arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy the grounds or have a drink in the bar or on the terrace. We are happy to store you bags, space permitting. In the event that your room is ready early, you may be able to check-in early. We do not charge for early check-in but please be aware that in order to give our housekeeping time sufficient time to properly clean all rooms, this option is not often available.
Checkout
Checkout is by 10:30 on the day of departure.
Space permitting, we are happy to store luggage for a few hours.
Night Time Emergency
Reception is unattended between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00.
If assistance is required between these hours, please dial the on-site night manager at 07487 539237. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 999.
Meal Times
Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:45. No reservation is required for breakfast. Just come down when you’re ready and a member of staff will be happy to seat you.
Lunch is served from 12:00 noon until 15:00 and Afternoon Tea from 12:00 noon until 15:30. Sunday Carvery is from 12:30 to 14:30.
Dinner seating is between 18:00 and 20:30 with time slots available at 15 minute intervals. Please reserve your dinner sitting with reception.
