Public Areas

All public areas of the hotel are located on the ground floor and accessible to anyone using mobility aids including wheelchairs. Ramps are situated near the entrance and anywhere stairs are located. The exception being from the terrace to the rear garden, however, access to the rear garden is available around the side of the hotel.

We often have guests with battery operated mobility aids or scooters. These can be parked outside of rooms for additional space in the room and can easily be charged overnight.

Most of the area around the hotel is paved and suitable for wheelchair and mobility aids. Access to the rear gardens is around the side of the hotel. The path down to the lower gardens is hard packed and navigable by many devices in dry conditions, however it may be unsuitable for some types of devices or in wet conditions.

Public Washrooms

Our public washrooms include a fully fitted accessible washroom, suitable for wheelchair users.

We have a large paved car park suitable for wheelchairs and other devices. There is parking immediately outside ground floor rooms.
