We’re looking for exceptional people to represent the hotel and restaurant in a Front of House role. Ideal candidates will have bar and restaurant experience, a friendly disposition good communication and teamworking skills.

The position may be offered on a Full Time or regular Part Time basis and there are positions available for morning and eventing shifts.

Reporting to the Shift Manager you will help to ensure customers are well looked after and have a wonderful experience with us. Key responsibilities include:

Meal service activities for meals that fall within your shift, including:

• Setup and clearing
• Greeting and seating
• Order taking
• Kitchen liaison
• Serving
• Billing & final settlement 

 Bar and café related services, including:

• Serving alcohol, bar drinks, coffee and café drinks
• Serving bar and café foods
• Monitoring and waiting tables
• Taking payments
• Cleaning bar and coffee equipment and areas
