Front of House Manager
We have an opening for a friendly, well organised Front of House Shift Manager to join our amazing team, here at The Fox and Hounds Country Hotel. You will play a crucial role managing the Front of House shift to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience when staying at the hotel or dining at our Heywood Restaurant.
Chef de Partie/Commis Chef/ Breakfast Chef
We have a vacancy for a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or Breakfast Chef to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be able to participate in menu decisions, the trialling of new dishes and training on new techniques with our experienced Head Chef in our large, airy and well equipped kitchen. The position can be offered as Full or Part Time, depending on the needs of the candidate and will include both daytime and evening shifts.
Front of House
We’re looking for exceptional people to represent the hotel and restaurant in a Front of House role. Ideal candidates will have bar and restaurant experience, a friendly disposition good communication and teamworking skills. The position may be offered on a Full Time or regular Part Time basis and there are positions available for morning and eventing shifts.
Kitchen Porter (P/T or Shifts)
We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team at the Fox & Hounds. This position is offered on a part time or shift basis and may be suitable for more than one candidate.
Working in a busy commercial kitchen you will be responsible for washing, drying and restacking kitchen and service wares and assisting with general kitchen functions. For candidates who are interested, there may be opportunities to assist with food preparation and presentation and/or Front of House activities.
