We had a lovely surprise in our inbox today when we received an email from Tripadvisor telling us we were a 2023 Traveller’s Choice Winner and in the top 10% of hotels worldwide.
The team here at The Fox & Hounds has been working hard to make sure all guests have a wonderful stay and it’s very rewarding to see those efforts reflected in this award.
We’ve been making improvements across every aspect of the hotel. From our website, property management software and online reservations, to our processes and infrastructure, through to our grounds and of course the restaurant, with our new Head Chef.
We still have a long way to go, but we’ll be maintaining our efforts to continually improve all aspects of the hotel and our service.
Most of all, we have to say a huge thank you to our guests. Not just for posting such kind reviews on Tripadvisor and other platforms, but for being genuinely lovely guests. Your kindness and generosity of spirit are what give the Fox & Hounds such a friendly atmosphere and make it such a wonderful place to work.
